Lemon Curd Tarts

For something different, try using brandy baskets instead of pastry shells.

Ingredients

24 small 45mm sweet pastry shells (or 12x 60mm)
1 cup Barker's New Zealand Lemon Curd
1 cup Greek yoghurt
6 strawberries, or a handful of fresh berries

Instructions

Stir lemon curd and yoghurt together in bowl

Spoon into pastry shells
3
Decorate with slices of fresh strawberries
